Alternative Sugars (Collaboration)

Stop...Collaborate...and sweeten! This month we are getting together with someone we haven't brewed with in over year to brew a beer with at least 5% but not more than 40% of the fermentables as alternative sugars. It is still a beer after all. Maple syrup, Belgian Candi sugar, table sugar, Karo, molasses, honey...Too many to list. But you will need to tell us what it is and the voting tasters will be instructed to vote for the best beer that highlights the stated ingredient, whether it be in the forefront or simply a flavor nuance; we should know it!. Use BJCP 31B as your guide.
